Gilles Coccoli
Presidente da Edenred Brasil
Gilles Coccoli estudou no Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute nos Estados Unidos e HEC. Iniciou sua carreira em 1994 como auditor na Arthur Andersen. Em 1997 ingressou na Edenred Brasil como Diretor de Projetos, e então tornou-se Diretor de Finanças e Tecnologia. Em 2007 foi indicado como CEO da Edenred Turquia e, dois anos mais tarde, foi escolhido para liderar a PrePay Solutions na Europa. Em 2012, foi apontado como Vice-presidente Executivo de Estratégia e Desenvolvimento da Edenred no mundo e, em 2013, tornou-se Presidente da Edenred Brasil. Em 2019, foi nomeado a Chief Operating Officer (COO) Americas, passando a comandar também as operações de outros 9 países na América do Sul, Central e do Norte. Em 2022, passou a acumular os cargos de Presidente da Edenred Brasil e Chief Operating Officer (COO) de Soluções de Pagamento & Novos Mercados do Grupo. E, em 2024, passou a dedicar-se à função de Presidente da Edenred Brasil.
Alaor Aguirre
Vice-Presidente Edenred Brasil
Alaor é formado em Administração de Empresas pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás e MBA em Negócios pela Fundação Dom Cabral na KELLOG University em Chicago (EUA). Ingressou na Ticket em 1982, abrindo a filial de Goiânia. Após estruturação da Regional Centro-Oeste, assumiu na sequência a Regional Nordeste em Fortaleza, onde esteve por 4 anos. Foi transferido para Brasília, onde esteve a frente da operação por mais 4 anos além de desenvolver estrutura Institucional da Ticket. Posteriormente, foi para São Paulo assumir a maior regional do país. No início dos anos 2000, estruturou a primeira Diretoria de Produtos da Companhia. Em 2004 assumiu a Diretoria Geral da Ticket. Em 2008, acumulou a função de Diretor Geral Adjunto da Ticket Serviços do Brasil, e em 2016 tornou-se Vice-Presidente Executivo da Edenred Brasil.
Philippe Blécon
CFO da Edenred Brasil
Philippe Blecon é formado pela escola francesa de negócios Audencia e iniciou sua carreira em 1991 na Accor, onde ocupou diversos cargos ligados a finanças na França, Espanha, México e Venezuela. Em 2003, foi nomeado Controller Financeiro para a Europa do Norte e de Leste antes de assumir o cargo de Diretor de Controladoria da Accor Services, em 2006. Em 2008, foi promovido a Diretor Geral da Roménia e em 2013 foi nomeado Diretor-Geral da Edenred Chile e Peru. Desde 2018, Philippe atuava como Diretor de Auditoria Interna do Grupo até desembarcar, em 2024, no Brasil.
Graziella Adas
Diretora Jurídica, Riscos e Regulatório da Edenred Brasil
Graziella é graduada em Direito pelas Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas e mestre em Direito pela Fordham University, com extensão na New York University. Realizou cursos complementares na Suíça e nos Estados Unidos. Construiu sólida carreira na área do Direito e ingressou na Edenred Brasil em 2009. Em 2011, tornou-se Diretora Jurídica, de Relações Institucionais e de Compliance da Edenred Brasil.
Alexandre Rappaport
Diretor-geral da Ticket
Ao longo de seus mais de 25 anos de carreira, Alexandre Rappaport já ocupou os cargos de diretor na American Express, diretor-geral na Bradesco Cartões, CEO da Livelo e presidente na CashMe, este o mais recente, onde atuou no segmento de crédito da fintech do grupo Cyrela. À frente dessas organizações, executivo comandou uma série de transformações digitais, lançamentos de produtos e expansões. Ele tem MBA em finanças pela Duke University, nos EUA, e é bacharel em engenharia de produção pela Universidade de São Paulo. Em 2023, assumiu o posto de diretor-geral da Ticket.
Douglas Pina
Diretor-geral de Mobilidade da Edenred Brasil
Na Edenred desde 2019, ele é graduado pela PUC-MG, com MBA pela Fundação Dom Cabral, e passou por especializações na IE Business School e no IMD. Com passagens por grandes marcas do mercado, começou a carreira na Shell, onde permaneceu por mais de 15 anos. Em 2011, ingressou ao time da Raízen, onde fez parte do desenvolvimento e lançamento da marca Expers – parceria entre Shell e Ecofrotas, permanecendo como Gerente-Geral Expers e B2B São Paulo. Em 2013, assumiu o cargo de Diretor de Postos no Carrefour Brasil. Em 2017, dentro do mesmo Grupo, assumiu a posição de Diretor do Carrefour Express. |
Eduardo Fleck
Diretor-geral de Especialidades da Edenred Brasil
Somando o tempo de Embratec e Edenred, está na empresa há 17 anos e já atuou em produtos, marketing, inovação, rede, operações e chegou ao posto de Vice-Presidente da Embratec em 2013. Em 2016, com a aliança estratégica da Edenred com a Embratec que ajudou a construir, Fleck entrou para a Edenred Brasil e passou a ser o Head de Manutenção de Frota e Soluções de Mobilidade na expansão e internacionalização dessa nova linha de negócios. É graduado em Administração de Empresas pela PUC-RS, Harvard Alumini (EUA) pelo curso General Manangement PLD, também possui formações complementares pelo MIT (EUA), Stanford (EUA) e IMD (Suíça). Em 2022, passou a ocupar o cargo de diretor-geral de especialidades de Frota e Mobilidade.
Mario Guernelli
Diretor-geral da Edenred Pay
Mario Guernelli é formado em Engenharia Eletroeletrônica pelo Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, possui pós-graduação e MBA em Administração de Empresas, respectivamente pela FGV e pela escola de pós-graduação da Universidade de Bocconi, além de uma formação executiva em Marketing Digital pelo Ínsper.
Com quase 30 anos de experiência em Serviços Financeiros, Mario começou sua carreira no Bank Boston e, depois, ficou cerca de 14 anos no Banco Real, passando pelas áreas de Relacionamento com Clientes e Distribuição de Cartões do Varejo. Ele vivenciou o processo de aquisição do Banco Real pelo Santander e assumiu a liderança das áreas comerciais de Cartões de Crédito e Pagamentos das duas empresas.
Em 2009, foi contratado pela American Express para ser responsável por Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Produtos e Marketing. Três anos depois, iniciou um novo desafio no Banco Fibra. Em 2018, com as fintechs na indústria a todo vapor, passou a atuar na iZettle, empresa sueca que foi adquirida pelo PayPal, com Telemarketing Inbound e Outbound, Key Accounts, Vendas Diretas e Parcerias. E, no ano seguinte, começou a trabalhar na Swift, uma empresa belga de tecnologia cooperativa, como Gerente Nacional responsável pela expansão do relacionamentos com instituições financeiras e com o Banco Central. E foi onde esteve até entrar para a Edenred Pay, marca da Edenred.
Cristiane Nogueira
Diretora-geral da Punto no Brasil
Cristiane é bacharel em economia pelo Mackenzie, possui MBA em finanças pelo Insper e especialização em corporate banking pela Harvard School/Boston Program. A executiva já foi diretora de produtos na SafraPay, vice-presidente de Negócios & Marketing e vice-presidente comercial da Getnet e, antes de se juntar à Edenred, apoiou empresas do segmento por meio de uma consultoria própria.

Jacques Adoue
Vice-Presidente Executivo de RH e Responsabilidade Social Corporativa
Jacques Adoue is a graduate of IEP Bordeaux and holds a master's degree in management. He began his career in 1987 as Agency Director at Franfinance. In 1990, he joined Euroman as a recruitment consultant, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director France at Porcher Distribution in 1993. In 1996, he joined Virgin Stores as Director of Human Resources and Internal Communications for Southern Europe, before becoming Deputy Group Human Resources Director at SFR in 2000. In 2006, he joined Accor as Human Resources Director of the Group's Hotels division in France, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director for France and Southern & Central Europe at Capgemini in 2009. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility at Edenred, and member of the Executive Committee.
Emmanuelle Châtelain

Emmanuelle Châtelain is a graduate of EM Lyon business school. She began her career at Alstom in 1999 as a Financial Controller, first within the Transmission & Distribution division in Villeurbanne, then within the group’s finance department. In 2001, she took on the role of Deputy Vice President of Investor Relations of Alstom, before being appointed Vice President, Investor Relations in 2003. In 2012, she became Vice President, Media Relations, then moved to the Alstom Transport division as Vice President, Communications in 2013. In 2015, she was appointed Vice President, Communications of the Alstom group. In 2018, she was appointed Vice President, External and International Communications for the Renault group, before joining Edenred in 2020.
Damien Périllat
COO de Soluções de Pagamentos e Novos Mercados
Damien Périllat started his career with GE Money in Europe and Asia and worked as a consultant in France for Eurogroup. In 2008, he joined PayPal where he spent nearly 12 years in various management positions, including Managing Director for Western Europe and Country Manager for France.
In 2020, he joined Worldline as Senior Vice President to lead the Digital Commerce division dedicated to serving global e-commerce merchants.
From 2022, Damien Périllat was the Chief Commercial Officer at Billie, a fast-growing European fintech providing a “Buy Now, Pay Later” solution for B2B commerce, where he led the go-to-market strategy and internationalization of the business. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Payment Solutions & New Markets of Edenred, joining the Group Executive Committee.
Damien Périllat holds an MBA from IESE and a degree from ESC Toulouse.
Diane Coliche
COO de Frota e Mobilidade
Diane Coliche is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and holds a master’s degree in business law from Panthéon-Assas University – Paris II. She began her career in 2000 as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley, where she spent ten years between Paris and London advising clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. In 2010, Diane joined the Casino Group as Director of Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions, where she helped develop the Group’s business in Columbia and Uruguay. Diane became Chief Financial Officer of the Monoprix Group in 2017, before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019. In this position until 2022, Diane led a deep transformation of the omnichannel strategy of various Monoprix brands (Monoprix, Naturalia, Sarenza), before joining Edenred in 2023.
Diane Coliche has also been a Board Member of Rocher Participations (Yves Rocher Group) since 2019.
Bertrand Dumazy

Bertrand Dumazy is a graduate of ESCP Europe with an MBA from Harvard Business School. He started his career in 1994 as a consultant with Bain & Company, first in Paris and later in Los Angeles. He then worked as an Investment Director of BC Partners in 1999 before founding Constructeo. In 2002, he joined the Neopost group. Initially head of Marketing and Strategy, he was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Neopost France in 2005 and then Chief Financial Officer for the Neopost Group in 2008. In 2011, he became President and CEO of Deutsch, a world leader in high performance connectors, a position he held until the group was acquired by TE Connectivity. In 2012, he joined Materis Group as Executive Vice-President and then CEO and eventually President and CEO of Cromology.
In October 2015, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Edenred group. He also became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of UTA in November 2015.
Arnaud Erulin
COO Europa, Oriente Médio e África
Arnaud Erulin is a graduate of European Business School and has an MBA from ESCP Europe. He started his career with Ticket Restaurant® France in 1993. He then held various management positions and, in 2003, became Director of International Marketing and Corporate Communications for Accor Services.
In 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of Accor Services, Hungary. In 2009, he took charge of the Group's Central Europe and Scandinavia region and joined the Executive Committee of Accor Services, which became Edenred in 2010.
Between 2014 and 2016, he was also responsible for overseeing operating synergies with UTA.
He was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Northern Europe, Central Europe, France and Belgium in 2016, Chief Operating Officer Europe in 2018, then Chief Operating Officer Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) in 2019.
Constance Le Bouar

A graduate of HEC Paris, Constance Le Bouar started her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company France in 2008. In 2013, she joined ADP Group (Aéroports de Paris) where she led the development of travel retail activities, both internationally and in Paris airports, notably through a joint venture with Lagardère. In 2017, she became Strategy and M&A Director for Pernod Ricard in New York (USA) leading Go-to-Market transformation projects, as well as M&A to enrich product portfolio & and strengthen competitive positioning.
Since 2021, Constance Le Bouar has been Strategy & Development Director for the Edenred Benefits & Engagement business line. She was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy & Performance in 2023, joining the Group Executive Committee.
Philippe Relland-Bernard
Vice-Presidente Executivo de Assuntos Jurídicos e Compliance
Dave is a graduate of the Eindhoven University of Technology and Harvard Business School (Strategic Leadership program). He began his career in 1995 at Procter & Gamble, where he held various management positions in the fields of digital and information technology in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Venezuela, Brazil and the United Kingdom. From 2010 to 2012, he served as Chief Information Officer for Northern Europe. In these various roles, Dave spearheaded several major transformation projects aimed at harmonizing information systems and processes and harnessing data for value creation. He became Chief Information Officer of Staples Solutions in 2013, where he notably led the IT integration of 31 European subsidiaries and transformed the group’s main e-commerce platform. In 2018, Dave joined Edenred as Executive Vice President in charge of Global Technology and integrated the Group Executive Committee.
Julien Tanguy

A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Julien Tanguy began his career in 1996 as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, he joined SFR as Controlling Manager and subsequently moved to Europcar in 2005, where he served successively as Finance Director at Europcar Information Services and Chief Financial Officer of Europcar France. In 2011, he joined Edenred France as Chief Financial Officer, also taking on the role of Operations Director one year later. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Edenred France, in which role he notably led a far-reaching digital transformation and the integration of ProwebCE. He was appointed Executive Vice President, Finance of Edenred in 2021, joining the Group's Executive Committee.
Philippe Doublet
Vice-Presidente Executivo de TI
A graduate in engineering from the ‘Institut National des Sciences Appliquées’ (INSA) and ‘Centrale Lyon’, Philippe Doublet started his career at PSA-Peugeot Citroën in 1989, before joining Valeo in 1998.
In 2008, he became Chief Information Officer of Quadient, where he worked in particular on the development and integration of online sales channels.
Between 2012 and 2020, he led Pomona's digital transformation as CIO and member of the Executive Committee. He contributed to the digitisation of the supply chain, migration to the cloud and spread of an agile culture within the group.
Philippe Doublet joined Edenred in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Benefits & Engagement business line, operating initially in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and then on a global scale. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the technology that enabled the successful digital transformation of the product line.
He was appointed Executive Vice President, Technology in 2025, joining the Group's Executive Committee.
